Use of service

ZeroBounce is a proprietary email verification service. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your workspace permissions.

• No scraping, spamming, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Respect rate limits and verification depth guidelines.
• Use the API key only within your organization.

Credits & billing

Credits are charged per verification depth. Unknowns, duplicates, and cached results may be free as described in the product. We may update pricing with notice.

• Lenient: 1 credit; Balanced: 2 credits; Strict: 3 credits.
• Cached and duplicate results are free when eligible.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to send spam, abuse third-party systems, or bypass rate limits. We may suspend accounts for policy violations.

Availability & changes

We may update features, endpoints, or pricing to improve the service. Material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee delivery outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 30 days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the service. You may cancel at any time.
